Stonework

Here at Earth and Stone we pride ourselves on our stonework, having over ten years of international experience in the stonemasonry industry.

We have worked with a huge variety of different stone types; central Otago and New Zealand schist, Cornish granite and Devonshire field stone to Dunedin basalt. All with different styles and techniques used to achieve the desired look.

Within the last 5 years we have also been involved with numerous stick on stone companies such as craft stone and hydestone, this style of stone work is becoming more common as it does not have to be foot loaded, and therefore can be easier to achieve consent in some cases.

We have worked on restoring 100 year old churches and hospitals to the most modern of new builds, including the recently finished Hills residence in Arrowtown central Otago.
